Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a membership and to be responsible for payments. Your membership is personal to you. Keep your sign-in details private and don't share your account or resell access.

One account is one identity: the email and password you choose here are the same credentials used for your streaming profile.

New members get a 7-day free trial. The trial starts as soon as your account is created and gives you access to the same library as a paid membership. Only one trial is available per person or email address.

After your trial ends, your membership renews automatically at $29.99 per month until you cancel. Applicable taxes and payment-processing fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and trial cancellations before day 7 avoid the first charge. We don't provide partial-month refunds unless required by law.

If a payment fails or your membership expires, streaming access is paused until payment is completed. If we change the price or plan structure, we'll tell you before it applies to you so you can cancel if you don't agree.

You can sign in from your phone, tablet, computer and TV browser. A membership supports up to 3 simultaneous streams. Starting a fourth stream will be blocked until one of the others stops.

The catalog changes over time. Titles, seasons, sports and other content may be added, updated or removed, and availability can vary. We don't guarantee that any specific title will remain available, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Requests you submit are considered but are not a promise that a title will be added.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or publicly perform access to the service;
• download, record, rip, redistribute or circumvent protections on any content;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or probe the service;
• attempt to access other members' accounts, profiles or viewing data;
• use the service for anything unlawful or in breach of others' rights.

We may suspend or end your membership if payment fails, if these terms are broken, if your account shows credential sharing or other abuse, or if we're required to do so. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.

Referral codes and links are for inviting real new members. Creating duplicate or fake accounts, self-referrals, or otherwise manipulating the referral program voids any pending or issued reward and may result in suspension. Referral attribution can be corrected within 24 hours of joining; after that it is fixed.

Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Accounts, authentication and data storage run on Supabase, and the site and streaming delivery run on hosting and content-delivery infrastructure we use as service providers. Your use of those providers' services is also subject to their own terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, DNA Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll make it visible in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use your membership means you accept the updated terms.
